Hello folks, my name is Pamela Tyus-Smith! I was raised in Altadena, but have been a resident of Monrovia for almost ten years. I moved here with my son when he was 10 years old because I felt that Monrovia had a solid school district. I love this city and the people of this city. Oh, and I love getting complete strangers to dance….it makes me smile!

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I have one son that attended Clifton School and Monrovia High School, where he played football and was crowned Homecoming King his senior year. I got remarried on July 1, 2020:  We met WAY back in 1978 while at Elliott Jr. High School in Altadena, then we attended John Muir HS in Pasadena and then UCLA.  Never dated, always just friends.  We reconnected via FB a few years back and just celebrated our one year wedding anniversary!
