I am from a farm in western Kansas. I joined the Air Force out of high school. When I returned from Korea, I was stationed at Long Beach Airport. I became interested in big trucks and sold parts most of my working years. I later became interested in dancing, met Katie and moved to Monrovia. We teach dancing, started a Welcome Wagon, and became connected to a number of other community organizations.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have triplet boys from my first marriage. Katie and I have no children.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I love teaching dance with my wife and meeting new members of our community, and enjoy doing the Welcome Wagon.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
My favorite restaurants are Thai Thyme and Jake’s
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I moved to Monrovia in 1989.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Steve Baker, he knew so much about our city and did so much for the community.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Panama Canal. It has always been a place of interest.

I don’t really have a bucket list

I didn’t have a favorite band because I love too many kinds of music

Favorite month is March. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. My favorite single day is our Wedding Day
