My name is Luca Ammon! I’m currently a 12th grade student at Monrovia High School. I try to remain involved in my community through organizations and city-wide initiatives. I have quite a large family, which is a gift and a curse. I love to run, go on hikes, and do anything nature related. I hope to attend a university in California. My top schools are UC Berkeley, UCLA, and USC. I love my smelly dog almost as much as I love my family. I hope to be remembered not for the work that I did during my life, but rather the connections and inspiration I instilled in others.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Both of my parents are real-estate agents. They are extremely hardworking people who inspire me everyday. Their experience in the field has influenced my interest in property management and investment. My sister is a freshman at Monrovia High School with me. She is very creative and socially driven. She teaches me how to balance my work and social life.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I’ve been a full-time student since I was seven years old. My parents have motivated me to maintain good grades throughout elementary, middle, and now high school. I currently own and operate my own clothing brand that has gained over 100,000 followers on TikTok. In the future I hope to develop sustainable cleantech products that mitigate the effects of climate change while investing in stocks, properties, and other digital assets. I hope to attend a four-year university after high school and study economics or finance while minoring in an environmental focus. I love creating solutions, and I believe becoming an environmental entrepreneur would help me develop quite significant, and long-lasting ones.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
My favorite restaurants in town are Noodle Street, Mooyah, and JB Burgers.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I have lived in the community for about 16 years, nearly my entire life!
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
The most interesting person I’ve met here in the community would have to be Chris Babij, an investor in cryptocurrencies land other assets who spoke at one my meetings for my Business and Entrepreneurs Club.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Yerevan, Armenia, to visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial to honor my brave ancestors.

The Social Network.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Don’t care what others think of you, because 99% of the time their negative perceptions we conceive aren’t real, and if the work you’re doing is meaningful to you, why should others care anyway?

To visit New York.

The mixture of a “Big Town” and “Close-Knit Community” essence that is evident throughout the town
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Working in tech or finance, developing products and services that will alleviate climate change, more specifically the abundant levels of CO2 in the ocean and atmosphere.

I love to take photos to capture the simple moments of my life.
